Junk Removal in Bridgeton, NJ
Bridgeton’s trash system runs on stickers: one on each couch, each mattress, each appliance, each extra bag. For an item or two that is fine. For a houseful it adds up to a lot of stickers, a lot of trips to the curb, and still no pickup for the TV.

What the City of Bridgeton Collects
From the city’s published solid waste rules:
| Item | How Bridgeton handles it |
|---|---|
| Furniture, mattresses, box springs | City sticker required on each piece. |
| Rugs | Cut to 4 feet, bundled under 40 pounds, with a sticker. |
| Extra trash bags | Sticker on each bag set beside the cart. |
| Appliances | Last full week of each month on your trash day, with a sticker. |
| Tires | Last full week of each month, off the rim, limit four per dwelling per month, with a sticker. |
| TVs and computers | Not collected. Convenience center only. |
| Construction debris, brick, concrete | Not collected. |
Stickers are sold at the Tax Office and the public library. The published rules list them at $3 each, but that document is several years old, so check the current price.
The city also runs a convenience center at Florida Avenue and Willow Street on Saturdays from 7:00am to 3:00pm for residents with ID. It takes bagged household trash, furniture, bundled cardboard and up to six electronic units, one trip per household per Saturday. It does not take appliances or tires.
Bridgeton Public Works is at 856-455-3230, extension 279. Confirm before relying on any of this.
The Cumberland County Solid Waste Complex at 169 Jesse Bridge Road is the do-it-yourself fallback: weekdays 7:30am to 3:30pm, Saturdays 8:00am to noon, with a $5 minimum disposal fee per load.

How Pricing Works
Volume, labor and disposal set the number: how much of the truck your items fill, how hard they are to get out, and what they cost to dispose of responsibly.
About disposal surcharges: mattresses and box springs, tires, anything containing refrigerant, televisions and CRT monitors, pianos and safes carry a per-piece fee at the facility. We pass those through at cost and name them in your quote before you agree.

Why Bridgeton Calls Roadside Cleanouts
We are Steven, Debbie and Gary: a family business, not a franchise. The person who quotes your job is connected to the person who shows up. No subcontractors, no surprise fees, and the job is not finished until the space is swept. More on our about page. If we have worked for you, we would be grateful if you would leave a review.
