Construction & Renovation Debris Removal
Construction debris removal means we load and haul the leftovers of a remodel, the old cabinets, drywall, flooring, tile and lumber, so the pile is gone in one visit without a dumpster sitting in your driveway for a week.

Why It Cannot Go to the Curb
This is the category municipal trash programs refuse most consistently. From what the towns around us publish:
- Monroe Township does not collect construction or remodeling debris at all, and lists sheetrock, flooring, shingles, siding, concrete and brick specifically.
- Cherry Hill requires debris generated by a contractor to be removed by that contractor at their own cost.
- Glassboro takes up to five 30-gallon containers a week of do-it-yourself debris, under 50 pounds each, and nothing a contractor generated.
- Millville, Bridgeton and Winslow Township all exclude construction debris from bulk collection.
- Philadelphia does not collect construction and demolition debris at the curb or at its Sanitation Convenience Centers.
So after any real project, the choice is a dumpster, a trip to the landfill, or a hauler.
Dumpster, Landfill Run or Crew?
| Option | Good for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Dumpster rental | Long projects where debris comes out over weeks. | You load it yourself. It occupies the driveway, may need a street permit, and has weight limits and overage fees. |
| Landfill run | One pickup load, if you own the truck. | Gloucester County’s landfill charges $75 per ton for construction debris with a $19 minimum, keeps weekday hours, and turns away rental trucks. |
| Debris removal crew | A finished project, a pile that needs to go now, or anything you do not want to load twice. | Less suited to a slow project that produces debris a little at a time. |
For a single finished job, a crew is usually the simplest: we do the loading, the pile leaves in one visit, and there is nothing parked on your property. Our price includes the labor, the truck and the disposal fee.
For Contractors
Remodelers, flooring installers, roofers and property managers use haulers for the same reason homeowners do: it is not the work they are paid for. We can clear a site at the end of a job or between phases, seven days a week, 7am to 7pm. Tell us the address, the access and roughly what is there.
What We Cannot Take
- Asbestos. Old pipe wrap, some floor tile, siding and vermiculite insulation need testing and a licensed abatement contractor. If you suspect it, stop and test before anything is disturbed.
- Lead paint debris. Also a licensed-contractor job.
- Liquid paint, solvents, adhesives and fuel. These go to a county household hazardous waste day.
We are haulers. We do not do demolition, structural work or abatement. The full list of what we can load is on our what we take page.
How Pricing Works
Construction debris is priced by volume and weight. Bulky, light material such as cabinets and carpet is mostly a volume job. Dense material such as tile, plaster, concrete and roofing weighs far more for the same space in the truck, and disposal facilities bill by the ton, so it costs more to get rid of. We tell you which way your pile leans when we quote it.
Quote first: send a photo with something for scale, and say what the material is. A pile of cabinets and a pile of tile the same size are very different numbers, and we would rather get it right before we arrive.

Construction Debris Removal FAQs
How much does construction debris removal cost?
Construction debris is priced by volume and weight. Light, bulky material such as cabinets and carpet is priced mostly by the space it takes in the truck, while dense material such as tile, plaster and concrete costs more because disposal facilities bill by the ton. Estimates are free and upfront from a photo.
Will my town pick up renovation debris?
Usually not. Most South Jersey towns and the City of Philadelphia exclude construction and remodeling debris from curbside bulk collection, and debris generated by a contractor is the contractor’s responsibility to remove.
Is debris removal cheaper than renting a dumpster?
For a single finished job it often is, because you are not paying for rental days, a permit or your own loading time. For a long project that produces debris over several weeks, a dumpster usually makes more sense.
Do you take concrete, brick and tile?
Yes. Heavy material such as concrete, brick, block and tile is accepted and billed by weight as well as volume.
Do you remove asbestos or do demolition?
No. We haul debris but do not perform demolition or abatement. Asbestos and lead paint debris require a licensed abatement contractor.
